Training Programs & Nutrition
To start this off, I’ll just say Ranson has by far been the best coach I’ve known. Before meeting Ranson, I was stuck. I hadn’t make progress on my bench in almost a year. My squat was slowing down. My deadlift form was wack. In 14 short weeks. Ranson fixed my form on deadlifts. He also helped me progress my bench and squat both. I recently competed in powerlifting. Obviously Ranson done my prep. We managed to add 250lbs overall to my total! I will continue training with Ranson, he’s helped progress that much in 14 weeks. I can’t imagine what we will accomplish in a years time. He’s not like other “coaches”. He truly pays attention to you. He looks for weak areas to strengthen. He actually cares and that is what separates him from other coaches! So for anybody that’s considering giving him a chance, don’t think just do it! You will not regret it.
I wrote once about coaches who “mask” themselves as a coach with giving cookie cutter programs. That did NOT apply to Ranson. I wanted a coach who would tailor workouts to my weaknesses and make me an overall better lifter. That’s exactly what he’s done. He is a coach who holds you accountable and pushes you to your limits and yet always knows when to back off when you need a break. Ranson is about accountability, you be accountable for what you’re responsible for and he will hold his self accountable. That’s the type of coach that pushes you to be the best athlete you can possibly be.
